Alvine Nin created the Body Cheat Code Cookbook from lived experience, not theory.

After losing 134 lbs and later rebuilding her body postpartum, she learned that extreme dieting wasn’t the answer. What worked was consistency, realistic portions, and meals that supported fat loss without sacrificing satisfaction.
